At TUTCH being... a single-person shop, I only collect the data needed to be able to connect the print provider (Printify) to Etsy (privacy policy here: https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy) or feel free to search their website as it's easily available. If there's a product that is video-based, high-resolution files, or a large number of files, I might send you my email address to which you might get an email from me with some attachments to approve a design for example. But feel free to respond via the Etsy message platform or whatever makes you comfortable. Etsy limits the file size, file type (no video), and # of files (3 max), making the review process rather cumbersome.
